Delivery and Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped within a maximum of 3 (three) business days after payment confirmation is received.
Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.

2. Delivery Method
Your orders will be delivered to the address you specified during the ordering process via our contracted shipping companies.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping within Turkey is free above a certain basket amount . The free shipping limit may change during promotional periods.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be added to the order total and displayed during checkout.

4. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check the shipping package before accepting your order.

If the package is damaged, have the delivery person fill out a "Damage Assessment Report" .
Products without a damage report may not be considered for return/exchange.

5. Situations Where Delivery is Not Possible
If the recipient is not at the delivery address, the shipping company will leave the package at their nearest branch and inform you.
Orders not collected from the shipping branch within the specified time will be returned to the Seller.

6. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, etc.) or delays caused by the shipping company. The customer will be informed in such cases.

7. International Shipments
For international orders, delivery times and shipping costs vary by country.
Customs duties and other legal obligations are the responsibility of the buyer.
