Mareteks Giyim San. ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as “Jean Store Company” or “the Company”) takes utmost care to ensure the privacy and security of the personal data of all our customers and visitors in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and other relevant legislation.
Your personal data is processed by us as the "Data Controller" in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation, within the framework specified below.
1. Who is responsible for the security and processing of your personal data?
As Mareteks Giyim San. ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., we are responsible for the security of all personal data you provide to us, in our capacity as "data controller" in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. For what purposes are your personal data processed?
Your personal data is processed primarily to fulfill the obligations imposed on us by legislation, including but not limited to the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
Your personal data is processed not only to fulfill our legal obligations, but also for purposes such as ensuring data security, providing the highest level of service and product delivery, offering after-sales support for the products and services provided, ensuring your profile is ready for your next service and product request, and quickly and accurately identifying the most suitable services and products for you, all with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your personal data may also be processed for the following purposes: improving the products and services offered, announcing products and campaigns, planning, executing and managing management and communication activities, improving the services offered on the website, correcting errors, increasing service quality, enabling third parties who perform technical, logistical and other functions on our behalf to fulfill their duties, and ensuring that your payments are processed quickly and securely when necessary.
3. To Whom and for What Purposes May Your Personal Data Be Transferred?

Your personal data is collected from our stores, forms on our website, and through channels such as telephone, email, mail, fax, voice calls, or face-to-face meetings.
Legal grounds include explicit consent, legal provisions, performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, or legitimate interests.

- Name, Surname: As required by the Tax Procedure Law and the Turkish Commercial Code (KVKK Article 5/2-a)
- Turkish Republic Identity Number, Address: As required by the Tax Procedure Law and the Turkish Commercial Code (KVKK Article 5/2-a)
- Email, Telephone: Performance of the contract and explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/2-c, 5/1)
- Date of Birth, Gender: With explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1)
- Service History: Legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5/2-f)
- Camera Recording: For security purposes, legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5/2-f)
6. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
By applying to the data controller in accordance with Law No. 6698:
- To find out whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed.
- To find out if it is being used for its intended purpose.
- Knowing the third parties to whom transfers are made domestically/internationally,
- Requesting correction, deletion, or destruction,
- Requesting that the recipients be notified.
- If the analysis results from automated systems are unfavorable to you, do not object.
- You have the right to claim compensation for damages caused by an unlawful act.
