Return & Exchange Procedure

1. Right of Withdrawal (for Distance Sales)
According to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection , you have the right to return products purchased from our website within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• The product must be unused, in resalable condition, and include its original packaging and labels.
• You can submit your return request in writing to info@jeanstore.com.tr or to our registered email address.

2. Non-returnable Products
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by law for the following products:

• Products manufactured or customized according to the consumer's request or personal needs.
• Underwear, swimwear, bikini bottoms, and similar items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery (for hygienic reasons)

3. Return Process

1. Once your return request is approved, you will be sent a return shipping code .
2. You can send the product along with the invoice via our contracted shipping company, with the shipping cost paid by the recipient .
3. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected, and if found to be compliant, the return process will be initiated.

4. Refund Payment Period

• The refund for the returned product will be processed to you within a maximum of 14 days of your refund request being approved, using the same method you used for your payment.
• For bank/credit card refunds, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

5. Conditions for Change

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the product delivery date.
• The product to be exchanged must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
• For items that are out of stock, a refund will be issued instead of an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

• If the product is damaged or has missing parts upon delivery, you must have the delivery person fill out a Damage Assessment Report .
• Damaged/defective products will be exchanged or refunded free of charge once they reach us along with a report.
