TOPIC 2
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website www.jeanstore.com.tr , in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, kind, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, and payment information of the products are specified in the system before the order and confirmed by the Buyer.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Buyer declares that they have been pre-informed by the Seller regarding the essential characteristics of the products subject to this contract, the sales price, the payment method, the delivery conditions, and the return/exchange terms, and that they have confirmed this information electronically.

4.2. The product subject to this contract will be delivered as soon as possible from the order date, depending on the distance to the Buyer's place of residence, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.

4.3. Product delivery will be made to the Buyer's specified address via the Seller's contracted shipping company. If the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller's obligation will be deemed to have been fully and completely fulfilled.

4.4. If the Seller is unable to deliver the product subject to this contract on time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer of the situation as soon as possible. In this case, the Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the impediment is resolved.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product to himself or to the person/organization at the address he indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal , written notification must be given to the Seller within this period, and the product must be unused and its packaging intact.

5.3. The shipping cost for products returned under the right of withdrawal will be covered by the Seller.

5.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Personalized products according to the buyer's requests.
Hygiene products such as underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms.
Products that spoil quickly or may expire

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

6.1. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller shall refund the product price to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

6.2. Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used.

7. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the Buyer fails to complete the payment process, the Seller may unilaterally terminate the contract.

8. COMPETENT COURT

In the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards in the Buyer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction for claims up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and the Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for claims exceeding this value.

9. EFFECTIVE DATE

By confirming their order placed through www.jeanstore.com.tr , the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
